Precision Cooling for Oil-Immersed Power & Distribution Transformers
LEOtherm engineers and manufactures transformer panel radiators in Q235B carbon steel and 304 stainless steel — supplied to transformer OEMs, EPC contractors and utilities across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
A Specialist Manufacturer of Transformer Cooling Components
LEOtherm Trading (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer specializing in the development and production of panel radiators for oil-immersed transformers. Our products serve as critical components that deliver efficient cooling and reliable protection for transformers across various voltage classes.
Our manufacturing base is located in Changge, Henan province. Equipped with automated production lines, we utilize roll forming, stamping, electric welding, and seam welding to produce individual panels. These panels are joined to the oil header pipes using an external CO₂ shielded welding process, which completely eliminates issues such as slag and iron filings associated with internal welding. Each unit undergoes rigorous pressure testing for sealing integrity. The external surfaces are treated with pickling, phosphating, and painting, while the internal channels are flushed with hot oil — ensuring consistent product quality. Our radiators are designed to meet the dimensional and thermal requirements of modern transformer designs.
With every shipment, we provide a Material Test Report (MTR) and dimensional inspection data, enabling your engineering team to verify quality prior to installation.
More About LEOtherm
Engineered for Reliability, Built for Export
A focused product range, transparent manufacturing and complete technical documentation — the foundations international buyers need to specify with confidence.
Choose Q235B carbon steel for cost-efficient service or 304 stainless steel for coastal, humid and chemically aggressive environments — both produced as pressed-steel panel radiators.
Each model is rated for both ONAN self-cooled and ONAF forced-air duty, with dissipation areas engineered to the heat load of your oil-immersed transformer.
Header pipes and flanges are produced to DIN, ANSI and GB standards so assemblies integrate cleanly with your tank, valves and connecting pipework.
Standard models ship in 7–10 days. A confirmed production schedule is issued on order confirmation, with material test reports on every shipment.
Carbon-steel units are shot-blasted and finished with hot-dip galvanizing, electrostatic powder coating or multi-layer paint, selected for the site's corrosivity class.
Designed in reference to DL/T 1266-2013 and aligned with IEC 60076-2 / IEEE C57.12.00 temperature-rise practice, with dimensional inspection data supplied.
Standard Panel Radiator Models
Available in mild steel and stainless steel. Main types include fixed type – PG (without flange) and demountable type – JPC (with flange). Specifications cover panel widths of 310 mm, 480 mm, 520 mm, and 535 mm, with center distances from 500 mm to 4000 mm. Custom designs and development are also offered to meet specific customer requirements.

Cooling Solutions Across Power-Intensive Industries
Our radiators support utility substations and distribution grids, heavy industrial and manufacturing plants, and renewable-energy installations including solar farms, wind sites and battery energy-storage systems — wherever oil-immersed transformers require dependable thermal management.
A Transparent, Documented Production Process
From steel coil to packed radiator, every stage is controlled and recorded. Pressure and leak testing, dimensional inspection and surface-treatment checks are built into the workflow.
We welcome virtual factory tours and provide process documentation so your team can verify our capabilities before committing to an order. Our quality management system is being aligned to ISO 9001 practice.
